Shipping Info: We use PostNL shipping for all our items. We send the items out within a week of you ordering them - which can extend up to a month in holiday season. Shipping time depends on where you live but will be about 2 days within NL, 3-5 days within EU/UK, 5-21 days if outside EU.
Return Policy: Our return policy is very simple. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 1 week of receiving or 1 month after shipping (whichever is shortest). Refunds will be issued minus shipping after we receive the items back. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Replacements are treated as new orders.
